Attorney Chelsea Craddock of Schertz, TX; ethical troll

 

The state of Texas presented Chelsea Grace Craddock with a law license in 2015 after she graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law.

 

The District 11 Grievance Committee found Chelsea guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Neglected client matters
  • Failed to keep clients reasonably informed of status of their matters
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Made misrepresentations to her client that she had filed lawsuit on her behalf

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Chelsea by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 2-month suspension of her law license. Lauren was also ordered to pay $2,746.88 in investigative costs.

 

As speak (ca. September2023), Lauren practices her so-called brand of law at 1313 Oak Street in Schertz , Texas.
