Attorney Randall Miller of Martinsburg, WV; ethical goblin

The state of West Virginia presented Randall K. Miller with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of West Virginia School of Law.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Randy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Knowingly offered false evidence
• Failed to take reasonable remedial measures when he knew that false material evidence has been offered
• Randy was negligent in determining whether his client’s statements in his affidavit were false
• Randy was reckless in failing to take remedial action to timely disclose the false statements
• Randy was monetarily sanctioned by the trial court regarding the false statements/evidence

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Randy practices his so-called brand of law with the Public Defenders Corp for the 23^rd Judicial District at 295 Monroe Street in Martinsburg, West Virginia.
