Attorney Brian Bird of Ventura, CA; repeat convicted drunk

The state of California presented Brian R. Bird with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the Ventura College of Law, which is an unaccredited school dedicated to accepting losers that could not get into mainstream schools like USC, UCLA, Pepperdine, or UC Davis.

The State Bar Court found Brian guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)
• Involved in a hit and run
• Brian had a prior DUI Conviction
• While Brian’s second DUI was pending, he was arrested for a third DUI offense
• Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Brian practices his so-called brand of law with The Law Office of Brian R. Bird in Ventura, California.
