The state of Massachusetts presented Sergio P. Vespa with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Boston College School of Law.
The Board of Bar Overseers found Sergio guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Sergio by gifting him with a complimentary 1-yearsuspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. September 2023), Sergio practices his so-called brand of law at 90 Jackson Street in Newton Center, Massachusetts.
