Attorney Clint Goodman of Mesa, AZ; ethical troll

The state of Arizona presented Clint Goodman with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the University of Idaho School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Clint guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Employee/associate attorney filed misleading fee applications and affidavit forms
  • In several flat fee cases associate attorney she itemized hourly services, misleading courts into believing she expended more hours in a case than she actually did to justify a higher attorney’s fee award
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to properly supervise underlings

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Clint by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Clint fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.goodlaw.legal. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Clint practices his so-called practice of law with the Goodman Law Group at 3654 North Power Road in Mesa, Arizona.
