Attorney Mark E. Smith of Seattle, WA; cheating loser

The State of Washington presented Mark E. Smith with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Mark guilty of engaging in the following misconduct. 

• Charged and/or collected unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to maintain required client trust account records

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary -year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2023), Mark practices his so-called brand of law with the Smith Law Partnership LLP at 1191 Second Avenue in Seattle, Washington.
