Judge F. Stanton Hardee III of Kaplan, LA; convicted pervert

The state of Louisiana provided F. Stanton Hardee III with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Southern University School of Law.

The Louisiana Judiciary Commission found Stanton guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Pled no contest [guilty in effect] to misdemeanor groping crimes
• It is undisputed that Stanton grabbed the buttocks of a waitress without her consent, in Park City, Utah
• When police were called, Stanton did  not immediately produce identification
• Stanton failed to cooperate with police at the crime scene
• Actions harmed the integrity of the judiciary
• Misconduct damaged public respect for the judiciary (Prey Tell!!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Stamtpm by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension from the bench and assessed investigative costs of $2,000.00.

As we speak (ca. August 2023), Stanton continues to dispense his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Kaplan City Court judge in Kaplan, Louisiana.
