Attorney Gerard Traynor of Ship Bottom, NJ; convicted criminal

The state of New Jersey presented Gerard William Traynor with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Gerry guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Pled guilty to one count of third-degree computer criminal activity
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on Gerry’s honesty and fitness to practice
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Gerry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Gerry fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his website at www.traynorlegal.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. August 2023), Gerry practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Offices of Gerard W. Traynor LLC at 285 West 8th Street in Ship Bottom, New Jersey.
