Attorney John Bolliger of Hailey, ID; ethical elf

The State of Washington presented John Cameron Bolliger with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Seattle University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct. 

• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act
• Failed to act with candor toward a tribunal
• Failed to act fairly towards opposing party and counsel
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2023), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law at 1040 Queen of the Hills Drive in Hailey, Idaho.
