Attorney Justin Paicely of Indianapolis, IN; felonious drunk driver

The state of Indiana provided Justin A. Paicely with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from Indiana University School of Law.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Justin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Pled guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI) with a prior conviction, a level 6 felony
  • Committed a criminal act reflecting adversely on his trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Justin by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2023), Justin practices his so-called brand of law Indiana.
