Attorney Andras Babero of Las Vegas; moron, repeater 

The state of Nevada presented Andras Fanfeiro Babero with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Iowa School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Andy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Andy’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to advise client of actual amount owed by opposing party’s counsel
• Failed to advised clients of pending opposing party motion
• Demonstrated lack of candor in dealings with clients
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Andy’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to decline or terminate representation when required to so act
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to adequately communicate with is client
• Violated duties he owed to his client and the legal system

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license and assessed disciplinary costs of $2,500.00.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Andy fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.blacklobellowlaw.com.  Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. August 2023), Andy practices his so-called brand of law with The Law Office of Andras F. Babero at 9101 West Sahara Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada.
