Attorney Joseph Cerroni Jr. of Annandale, VA; ethical dwarf

The state of Virginia presented Joseph Anthony Cerroni Jr. with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law Joey also received a license to practice the District of Columbia in 1981 and Pennsylvania in 1979.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Joey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Improperly shared fees with another lawyer
• Failed to advise client of fee sharing with another attorney

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
