The state of Oregon provided William Cohnstaedt with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Golden State University Law School in San Francisco.
The Oregon State Bar found William guilty of the following misconduct:
While he was employed to probate an estate, Bill told the court that a will dated August 25, 1991, was the decedent’s last will when he knew for a fact that the decedent had executed two subsequent wills. Billy also deceived the probate court by failing to disclose that there were more heirs to the estate then he had named in the probate petition.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits at the Oregon State Bar punished William by gifting him with a complimentary 120-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. June 2012) William practices law at 561 NW Jackson Avenue in Corvallis, Oregon.
On his self-serving website at www.williamcohnstaedt.com Bill doesn’t mention that he was found guilty of the misconduct aforementioned. In fact, Billy puts forth the following Hyperbolic (BS) statements
