Attorney Thomas R. Warnicke of Beverly Hills, MI; slacker

The state of Michigan presented Thomas R. Warnicke with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the Detroit College of Law.

The Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #21 found Tommy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to expedite client litigation
• In representing a client, used means that had no substantial purpose other than to embarrass, delay, or burden a third party
• Engaged in conduct that exposes the legal profession or the courts to obloquy, contempt, censure, or reproach
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of

$772.67.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Tommy fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.warnickelawfirm.com.  Apparently, Tommy chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure he wouldn’t limit his future victim pool.
