Attorney Brian Green Sr. of Elko, NV; deadbeat Daddy, repeater

 

The state of Nevada presented Brian D. Green Sr. with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Idaho School of Law.

 

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Brian guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

 

Brian’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to pay court-ordered child support and spousal support
  • Child support arrearages totaled $11,000
  • Spousal support arrearages totaled $24,000
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Misconduct involved selfish motive
  • Refused to acknowledge wrongfulness of his conduct
  • Victims of misconduct were vulnerable

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $1,500.00.

 

Brian’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to file the Opening Brief by the initial deadline to so act
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to act fairly to opposing counsel and party
  • Knowingly disobeyed obligation under the rules of a tribunal
  • Even after being made aware by the Nevada Suprme Court that he timely file appellate documents on client’s behalf he failed to so act
  • As a result of Brian’s conduct, the Supreme Court dismissed client’s appeal
  • Failed in his duty to diligently and promptly represent his client in her criminal appellate matter
  • Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed investigative costs of $1,500.00.

 

As we speak (ca. July 2023), Brian practices his so-called brand of law at 1506 Oakwood Drive in Elko, Nevada.
