Solicitor Belinda Soszyn of New South Wales; ethical goblin

The Law Society presented Belinda Soszyn with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Belinda guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
• Failed to produce file notes in their original condition to the Supreme Court of NSW in answer to subpoena (Up yours, said Belinda!)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Belinda by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and imposed a fine of $2,000.00.

As we speak (ca. July 2023), Belinda practices her brand of law with BJS Legal at 7 North East Crescent in Lilli Pilli, New South Wales.
