Solicitor Kenneth Scully of New South Wales; repeat offender

 

The Law Society presented Kenneth James Scully with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

 

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

 

Jimmy’s 1st bite at the Solicitor Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to inform client of material developments in her matter
  • Failed to respond to client correspondence
  • Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
  • Without intent, misled other solicitors

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

Jimmy’s 2nd bite at the Solicitor Misfit Apple Tree

  • Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
  • Various trust account breaches and deficiencies in relation to the handling of trust monies in five client matters
  • Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

As we speak (ca. July 2023), Jimmy practices his brand of law with Finn Roache Lawyers at 22 Market Street in Sydney, New South Wales.
