Attorney Amanda Iannuzzelli of Media, PA; slacker, liar

 

The state of New Jersey presented Amanda J. Iannuzzelli with a law license in 2012 after she graduated from Widener University School of Law.

 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Amanda guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to explain matter to extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions about the representation
  • Engaged in gross neglect of client matters
  • Failed to set forth in writing the basis or rate of the fee
  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Failed to keep disputed funds separate and intact
  • Engaged in negligent misappropriation (theft) of client funds
  • Failed to promptly deliver to the client funds the client is entitled to receive
  • Failed to expedite client litigation
  • Upon termination of representation, failure to take steps to the extent reasonably practicable to protect a client’s interest
  • Committed a criminal act that reflects adversely on Amanda’s honesty and trustworthiness
  • Made a false statement of material fact to a tribunal
  • Engaged in the unlawful obstruction of another party’s access to evidence or concealment of a document having
  • Acted as an advocate at trial where he was likely to be a witness
  • Made a false statement of fact or law to a third person
  • Engaged in the unlawful practice of law
  • Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Amanda by gifting her with a complimentary 3-year suspension of her law license.

 

As we speak (ca. July 2023), Amanda practices her so-called brand of law with the Law Offices of Amanda J. Iannuzzelli at 349 West Baltimore Avenue in Media, Pennsylvania.
