Former Judge Glenda Dowling of Blackshear, GA; ethical dwarf

The Judicial Qualifications Commission found Tony guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as the Chief Magistrate of the Magistrate Court in Blackshear, Georgia.

• Engaged in improper ex parte (one-sided) communications
• Improperly conduct independent investigation of facts in a criminal matter that was pending in her court
• Used her judicial status to influence certain determinations in a criminal matter pending in her court involving one of her family members

Because Glenda announced that she will retire for some undisclosed personal reasons on July 1, 2021, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Qualifications Commission announced they weren’t going to take any action against her.

As we speak (ca. June 2023), it is rumored that Glenda has an application pending for a job as a cashier at the Walmart Supercenter Store located at 2425 Memorial Drive in Waycross, Georgia.
