Solicitor James Sheen of New South Wales; ethical leprechaun

The Law Society presented James Daniel Sheen with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
• Mishandled trust moneys
• Failed to properly deposit trust moneys

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and imposed a $2,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. June 2023), Jimmy practices his brand of law with Austin Haworth Lexon Legal at 87-89 Liverpool Street in Sydney, New South Wales.
