Attorney Richard Clark of Portsmouth, NH; dimwitted liar

The state of New Hampshire presented Richard E. Clark with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the Massachusetts School of Law. The State of Massachusetts also provided Dick with a law license in 2007.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Dick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Entered into an agreement for, charged and/or collected an unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Entered into a business agreement with a client without advising the client of the desirability of seeking independent legal advise and without obtaining the client’s informed consent
• Made a false statement of fact or law to a tribunal
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Dick by gifting him with complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Dick.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Dick fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.nhseacoastlawyers.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. June 2023), Dick practices his so-called brand of law with Clark & Associates LLP at 2425 Lafayette Road in Nashua, New Hampshire.
