Solicitor Harish Prasad of New South Wales; ethical troll

The Law Society presented Harish Kant Prasad with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Harish guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
• Failed to properly supervise underlings and/or office staff
• Breached Rule 60 NSW Professional Conduct & Practice Rules 2013 - non-compliant letterhead

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Harish by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and imposed a fine of $5,000.00.

As we speak (ca. July 2023), Harish practices his brand of law with Harish Prasad & Associates at 146 Pennant Street in Parramatta, New South Wales.
