The State of Oregon presented James D. Huffman with a law license in 197 5 after he graduated from the Northwestern School of Law.
The Disciplinary Counsel found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Failed to draft and submit the judgment in client Thomas’s case for 16 months after he had been entrusted with the task by the trial court

Failed to timely submit Thomas’s judgment

Due to Jimmy’s conduct in Thomas’s case, the circuit court was forced to unnecessarily expend additional time and resources

Misconduct involved multiple offenses

Disclosed irrelevant information that was embarrassing and detrimental to Thomas in response to Thomas’s Bar complaint

Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Jimmy!)Failed to provide a properly executed medical release of information to SLAC when it was requested

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. June 2023), Jimmy practices his so-called brand of law at 1905 Columbia Blvd in St. Helens, Oregon.
