Judicial Watch’s Tom Fitton: Today’s “Moronic Trump Attorney” Award Winner

Shortly after the Justice Department issued a subpoena to Donnie to turn over all classified documents he was stashing at Mar-a-Lago, several of his attorneys urged him to return the documents and make a deal with the Justice Department to negotiate a settlement that could avoid charges being filed against him. Rather than take the sound advice of his attorneys, Donnie took the advice of a Moronic Loser by the name of Tom Fitton who operates an outfit laughingly called “Judicial Watch.”

One would think that with the moniker “Judicial Watch” that Fitton was a law school graduate, practicing attorney and/or was previously employed as a judge. In truth, Fitton received a bachelor’s degree in English from George Washington University. Put simply, Fitton is as qualified to give legal advice as Trump claiming to be a qualified OBGYN physician and giving medical advice to women since he has had sexual affairs with an untold number of women even when he was married.

The Washington Post (Nick Visser) reported that Donnie would regularly cite Fitton to his advisers as the fight with investigators continued, and that Fitton often asserted to Donnie’s attorneys that Trump could keep the documents.

Fitton the Phony Legal Impersonator told the Post he didn’t understand “any” of the indictment, saying he believed the charges leveled against the former president were a “trap.” Fitton went on to spew forth the following laughable crap.

• “They [Justice Department] had no business asking for the records … and they’ve manufactured an obstruction charge out of that.”
• “There are core constitutional issues that the indictment avoids, and the obstruction charge seems weak to me.”

So, now we have Fitton the Fool pretending to be an expert on the constitution. In truth, Fitton is a total moron who doesn’t’ have a clue about what the constitution says.

And lastly, Fitton is just like his mentor and boyfriend Donnie, they are both Serial Liars and Big Time Grifters who enjoy bilking their followers.
