Former Judge Keith Bee of Tucson, AZ; convicted tax cheat

The state of Arizona provided Jennifer Ryan-Touhill with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from Arizona State University School of Law.

The Commission on Judicial Conduct found Keith guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Pled guilty Making and Subscribing a False Income Tax Return, a felony offense
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Keith!)
  • Falsely claimed $4,441.13 in business expenses on tax return

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Commission punished Keith by ordering he be prohibited from ever seeking or obtaining a judicial position in Arizona in the future.

Additionally, Keith was sentenced to six months in prison by U.S. District Judge James A. Soto.

As we speak (ca. June 2023), it is rumored that Keith has an application pending for a job as a bathroom attendant at the Eden Adult Cabaret at 3650 East Speedway Blvd in Tucson, Arizona.
