Attorney Lynne Saben of Haverhill, NH; ethical troll

The state of New Hampshire presented Lynne A. Saben with a law license in 1969 after she graduated from Suffolk University of School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Lynne guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with candor in dealing with a tribunal
  • Failed to act fairly in dealings with opposing party and counsel
  • Engaged in the illegal practice of law in another jurisdiction
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Lynne by gifting her with complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Lisa and her firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.theblacklawgroup.com. Apparently, they decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure that they would not limit their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. June 2023), Lynne practices her so-called brand of law at 143 Essex Street in Haverhill, New Hampshire.
