Attorney Michael Reed of Manchester, NH; ethical gremlin

The state of New Hampshire presented Michael J. Reed with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from Suffolk University of School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with candor in dealing with a tribunal
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Mikey!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Mikey by gifting him with complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2023), Mikey practices his so-called brand of law in Manchester, New Hampshire.
