Attorney Scot Brower of Honolulu, HI; cheating loser

The state of Hawaii presented Scot S. Brower with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Georgetown University School of Law. 

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Scotty guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Used means that had no substantial purpose other than to embarrass, delay, or burden a third person
• Threatened and intimidated the complaining witness with regard to her immigration and school status
• Utilized methods of obtaining evidence that violate the legal rights of such a person
• Complaining witness immigration/school status unrelated to her efforts to obtain a TRO against her abusive former boyfriend, who was Scotty’s client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished

Scotty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. June 2023), Scotty practices his so-called brand of law at 1088 Bishop Street in Honolulu, Hawaii.
