Attorney Donna Huffman of Oskaloosa, KS; imbecilic scammer

The state of Kansas presented Donna Lorraine Huffman with a law license in 2010 after she graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law.

The Kansas Disciplinary Board found Donna guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Laughingly argued to the ethics panel that she did not violate any ethical rules
• Failed to maintain personal integrity
• Committed multiple offenses
• Due to Donna’s egregious misrepresentations to her clients, they were ultimately ordered to pay nearly $300,000 in attorney fees and expenses to Wells Fargo
• Knowingly violated a court order (Up yours, said Donna!)
• Failed to understand the most fundamental legal doctrines or procedures
• Donna’s conduct caused injury or potential injury to a client
• Failed in her duties owed as a legal professional
• Abused the legal process
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Sanction in federal court to the tune of $5,000 regarding her misconduct
• Refused to acknowledge the wrongful nature of her conduct
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Donna by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2023), Donna practices her so-called brand of law with the Law Office of Donna Huffman at 303 Jefferson Street in Oskaloosa, Kansas.
