Attorney Jon Levin of Huntsville, AL; ethical leprechaun

The state of Alabama presented Jon Davidson Levin with a law license in 2015 after he graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law. Johnny also received a license to practice in the District of Columbia in 2001 and California in 2014.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to adequately communicate with his client
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to communicate with all the corporate representatives of the client entities on an equal basis as required by the Rules of Professional Conduct
• Failed to fully explain the benefits, limitations, and risks of the joint representation as required to do
• Did not obtain the clients’ written acknowledgement of the limited scope representation as required to do

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law with Maynard Cooper & Gale LLP at 655 Gallatin Street SW in Huntsville, Alabama.
