Attorney Alyse Fowler of Elba, AL; convicted of voter fraud

The state of Alabama presented Alyse Phillips Fowler with a law license in 2017 after she graduated from Faulkner University School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Alyse guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Pled guilty to a Class A misdemeanor charge of Providing False Information to Register to Vote
  • Knowingly provided a false address when registering to vote in the Elba, Alabama municipal election

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Alyse by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Alyse practices her so-called brand of law at 322 Simmons Street in Elba, Alabama.
