Former Judge Roberto Javellana of the Philippines;  idiotic slacker

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Judge Javellana guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain professional competence in the law (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to faithful to the law (scofflaw)
• Failed to promptly dispose of court business
• Failed to observe high standards of public service and fidelity
• Failed to decide 38 cases within the mandatory 90-day period to decide them
• Attempted to blame his failure to decide cases within 90-days on his clerk
• Failed to adopt a system of record management resulting in delay of disposal of cases

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on Phillipine Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary P20,000 ($358.00) fine.

As we speak (ca. May 2023), it is rumored that Bobby has applied for a job as a janitor at the Super Klan Grocery Store at JWFH+GCW, Araneta Ave, Bacolod, 6100 Negros Occidental, Philippines.
