Former Judge Ramon Caguio of the Philippines;  idiotic slacker

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Judge Javellana guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while Ramon was employed as the Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court of Olongapo City, Branch 74.

• Ramon committed gross ignorance of the law (moron)
• Exhibited manifest partiality, and
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service
• Engaged in grave misconduct for his issuance of a writ of execution in favor of the adverse party in Civil Case No. 77-0-97, entitled "Mary Agnes Burns v. Spouses Juan C. Beltran," for recovery of ownership and possession over several parcels of land, placing the adverse party in possession of the said properties

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Phillipine Supreme Court punished Ramon by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension from the bench without pay.

Unbelievably, Ramon the Moron had the chutzpah to appeal his suspension from the bench. Said appeal resulted in the Supreme Court’s denial that he be reinstated to the bench, and his request that his retirement benefits be fully restored were denied.

As we speak (ca. May 2023), it is rumored that Ramon has applied for a job as a bartender at the Pleasure Palace Strip Club located at Makati Avenue 2nd Floor Makati, 1209 Metro Manila Philippines.
