The state of Pennsylvania provided John Anthony Costalas. with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Jackie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law in Pennsylvania
• Undertook to provide legal representation to a client in a state wherein he was not licensed

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Jackie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.   

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Jackie practices his so-called brand of at 98 Cutter Mill Road in Great Neck, New York.
