The Kansas Disciplinary Board found Terry guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

-
Violated his duty to his clients and to the public
-
Exhibited indifference to making restitution to his client
-
Used information from former client to the disadvantage of said client
-
Terry’s behavior that led to this disciplinary complaint was motivated by selfishness grounded in his misguided desire to teach his client a lesson in responsibility, including not burdening the client’s mother with his debts
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Terry by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. May 2023), Terry practices his so-called brand of law at 903 Marsha Lane in Dodge City, Kansas.
