Attorney Andrew Kim of Everett, WA; slacker, loser

The State of Washington presented Andrew Y. Kim with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Seattle University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Andy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct. 

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to keep client informed of the status of the matter
• Failed to complete the client’s case for over 18 months
• Failed to effectuate service of client complaint
• Failed to promptly ethics investigators request for copy of client file

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Andy practices his so-called brand of law in Everett, Washington.
