Panel B of the Arkansas Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct found William guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to provide competent legal services (Dumbo) 
  2. Disregarded the magnitude of his legal responsibility to client
  3. Removed from appellate case because of gross negligence
  4. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
Jeffrey’s misconduct involves his gross negligence and incompetence in representing clients (victims) in pursuing appeals with the Arkansas Supreme Court. On more than once occasion Jeffrey’s filing were either late or were so amateurish that the Court basically scoffed at them.
 
Jeffrey’s blissful ignorance caused damage to his clients and wasted judicial resources, a fact mentioned in a least one appellate ruling.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arkansas Supreme Court punished Jeffrey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. June 2012) Jeffrey practices law at 300 North State Line Avenue in Texarkana, Arkansas.
