► U.S. Judge Stuart Duncan of New Orleans; bullying loser

Unfortunately, the state of Texas provided Stuart Duncan with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) School of Law.

Former President Donald “Trumporleone” Trump was ordered to nominate Stu for a seat on the 5^th Circuit Court of Appeals even though he had no prior judicial experience of any kind. Stu wasn’t nominated because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater 5^th Circuit area. He got it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for right wing political hacks.

In one matter, Stu recently (ca. March 2023) spoke to a classroom full of law students at Stanford University. Video of the speech showed that Stu engaged in heated arguments with some of the students. The videos also showed that Stu was shouted down by students who disagreed with him.

Given Stu’s prior experience in working as a right-wing lunatic who was only interested in furthering the screwy aspirations of extreme anti-abortionists and in successfully arguing on behalf of Hobby Lobby that it could legally discriminate against its employees under the guise of the owners twisted religious beliefs, is it any wonder that he would cheerfully attack anyone that disagrees with his demented views.

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Sut continues to dispense his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Judge on the right-wing U.S. 5^th Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans, Louisiana.
