Judge Ralph Ohm of Little Rock, AR; ethical gremlin

The State of Arkansas provided Ralph Ohm with a law license in after he graduated from School of Law.

The Arkansas Judicial Discipline & Disability Commission found Judge Ohm guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Ralphie was seen holding a campaign sign for Mayor of Hot Springs at a busy intersection containing the candidates name and position he was seeking
  • Failed to uphold and promote the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary
  • Engaged in impropriety and/or the appearance of impropriety
  • Abused the prestige of his judicial office to advance personal interest of another
  • Violated Code of Conduct by publicly endorsing a candidate for public office

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Ralphie by gifting him with a complimentary informal adjustment.

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Ralphie continues to be employed as a Revocation Hearing Judge for the Arkansas Parole Board in Little Rock, Arkansas.
