Attorney Robert Graham of Medford, OR; slacker, loser

The state of Oregon provided Robert A. Graham with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Filed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to withdraw when withdrawal was required
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Bobby practices his so-called brand of law at 4311 Vineyard Terrace in Medford, Oregon.
