Former Judge Roger Bennett of Battle Ground, WA; ethical dwarf

Unfortunately, the state of Washington provided Roger Alan Bennett with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

FYI: Roger has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past twenty-three (23) years. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Lake Charles area was about to offer Mikey a good paying job.

The Judicial Commission found Roger guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Violated Judicial Code by contributing to candidacy for Mayor of Camas
• Knowingly violated rules of conduct by publicly endorsing a long-time family friend’s candidacy
• Roger made two monetary donations to Jennifer Senescu’s mayoral campaign
• Failed to comply with the law (scofflaw)
• Failed to engage in conduct promoting public confidence in the judiciary

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Roger by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Roger continues to practice his so-called idea of the law at 112 West 11^th Street in Vancouver, Washington.
