Barrister Althea Brown of London, UK; bullying loser

The Bar of England and Wales provided Althea Sonia Brown with a law license in 19955 after she graduated from the University of Bristol School of Law.

The Bar Standards Board found Althea guilty of engaging in the following misconduct,

  • Behaved in a way which was likely to diminish the trust and confidence which the public places in her or in the profession
  • Failed to observe her duty to the court in the administration of justice
  • Made an untruthful statement to the tribunal, without reasonable basis
  • On several occasions, Althea adopted a noticeably different and disrespectful tone of voice to her usual voice
  • Improperly undermined, insulted, humiliated and/or annoyed opposing counsel; and/or (2) was in the circumstances unprofessional and likely to diminish the trust and confidence that the public places in her in the profession.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Barrister Misfits sitting on the Bar Standards Board punished Althea by gifting her with a complimentary 4-month suspension of her law license and assessed disciplinary costs of £2,000.00.

As we speak (ca. May 2023), Althea practices at 379 Hendon Way in London, United Kingdom.
