Attorney Paul Kasprowicz of Waukesha, WI; moron The state of Wisconsin presented Paul Michael Kasprowicz with a law license in 1986 after he graduated Marquette University Law School.
The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) found Paul guilty of the following misconduct.
Paul’s Hyperbolic (BS) Defenses
Paulie defended his conduct before the OLR by claiming that his behavior was a result of medical and emotional problems he had experienced over a two-year period of time. As expected, the fools sitting on the OLR bought into Paulie’s laughable defense by giving him credit in mitigation.
For Paulie to successfully argue to the members of the OLR and the Supreme Court that his in competency and violation of estate law in charge a percentage fee was caused by medical and emotional problems doesn’t pass the involuntary laugh test.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Paul by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
