Judge Kelly Bigley of Pittsburgh, PA; nepotism afficianado

The state of Pennsylvania presented Kelly Eileen Bigley with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from Duquesne University of Tulsa Law School.

In one matter, Judge Bigley hired her former clerk’s wife, a non-lawyer, when Bigley was transferred to a new division.

Even though nepotism and/or favoritism in the hiring of court personnel by a judge is strictly prohibited, Kelly arrogantly decided that she wasn’t bound by such prohibitions.

Apparently, Kelly is of the firm belief that her bowel movement is without odor.

As we speak (ca. May2023), Kelly continues to dispense her so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Alleghany Court of Common Pleas judge in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
