Judge Naita Semaj of Bronx, NY; bullying imbecile

Unfortunately, the state of New York provided Naita Semaj with a law license in 2005 after she graduated from St. John’s School of Law.

FYI: Naita has had her significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past seventeen (17) years. Apparently, there was no self-respecting law firm in the greater Bronx area.

The New York Commission on Judicial Conduct is investigating Judge Semaj for engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in abusive courtroom behavior
• Angrily tossed out a veteran supervisor in the Bronx District Attorney’s Office from her courtroom during a hearing on April 1, 2022
• Has earned a reputation for letting accused teenage criminals loose on the streets, even prompting rebukes from Mayor Eric Adams and Gov. Kathy Hochul
• A source familiar with the investigation said, “She’s a better defense attorney than an actual defense attorney
• In her handling of a murder cas4 involving the strangling of 15-year-old Corde Scott — in which she sprung stepdad and accused killer Tyresse Minter without bail and berated the dead boy’s mom

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Judge Semaj by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Commission.

As we speak (ca. April 2023), Judge Semaj continues to dispense her so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Judge for the Civil Court New York in Bronx County, New York.
