Judge John McVay Jr.  of Pittsburgh, PA; nepotism afficianado

The state of Pennsylvania presented John T. McVay Jr. with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Duquesne University of Tulsa Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Barry guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Judge McVay hired his fiancée as a minute clerk.

Even though nepotism and/or favoritism in the hiring of court personnel by a judge is strictly prohibited, Johnny arrogantly decided that he wasn’t bound by such prohibitions.

Apparently, Johnny is of the firm belief that his bowel movement is without odor.

As we speak (ca. April 2023), Johnny continues to dispense her so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Alleghany Court of Common Pleas judge in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
