Attorney David Lohse of Golden Valley, MN; thieving loser

The state of Minnesota presented David Jason Lohse with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. 

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Misappropriated (stole) $900 in client funds (thief)
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Neglected client’s legal matter
• Failed to return client files after being terminated
• Failed to maintain required client trust account records
• Violated terms of a private probation
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Davey!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished

Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license and assessed him $900 in investigative costs.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Davey fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.lklawyers.wordpress.com.   Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
