Attorney Carmeann Foster of Minneapolis, MN; ethical dwarf

The state of Minnesota presented Carmeann Daisy Faster with a law license in 2012 after she graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Law. 

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Carmeann guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Knowingly disobeyed an obligation under the rules of a tribunal (Up yours, said Carmeann!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to properly supervise underlings
• Failed to assure underlings/office staff conducted themselves in accordance with Rules of Professional Conduct

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished

Carmeann by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and assessed him $900 in investigative costs.

As we speak (ca. April 2023), Carmeann practices her so-called brand of law at 407 16^th Avenue in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
