Attorney Geoffrey Batsiyan of Brooklyn, NY; drunken convict

The state of New York presented Geoffrey Robert Batsiyan with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from Hofstra University School of Law.

The Appellate Division Grievance Committee found Geoffrey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted in Florida of the improper exhibition of a dangerous weapon or firearm
• Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)
• Convicted of driving while license suspended

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Geoffrey by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. zJuly 2023), Marty practices his so-called brand of law at 2753 Coney Island Avenue in Brooklyn, New York.
