Attorney Timothy Barbrow of Fredericksburg, VA; ethical misfit

The State of Virginia provided Timothy William Barbrow with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from George Mason University School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly communicate with his clients
• Failed to safeguard client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. April 2023), Timmy practices his so-called brand of law in Arlington, Virginia.
